Needing little in the way of an introduction, and with an all-star cast including Aaron Johnson, Nicolas Cage (Gone In 60 Seconds, Face/Off), Mark Strong (Robin Hood, Sherlock Holmes) and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad, Role Models), Kick-Ass is available to own on Blu-ray and DVD on 6 September. Pre-order yourself a copy here.

Kick-Ass is undoubtedly one of the smartest and most anarchic comic book adaptations, and to celebrate its release we’re giving away a copy of Mark Miller’s Kick-Ass: The Graphic Novel, available to buy on Titan’s new website.

To be in with a chance of winning one of three copies of the graphic novel, simply answer the following question:

What is the name of crime Mafioso ring-leader in Kick-Ass?

A) Talk To Frank
B) Frank D’Amico
C) Frank Butcher

Please email your answer to: competition@indiemoviesonline.com with KICK-ASS as the subject header and your contact details included. The competition is available to those in the UK only and will close on September 24. Winners will be notified on that day and their details forwarded to the PR agency supplying the prizes.

The Death Note films centre on Light Yagami (Tatsuya Fujiwara - Battle Royale), a university student who discovers a supernatural notebook, the titular "Death Note", dropped on Earth by a shinigami (death god) named Ryuk. The Death Note grants its user the ability to kill anyone whose face they have seen, by writing the victim's name in the notebook. The story follows Light's attempt to create and rule a world cleansed of evil using the notebook, and the complex conflict between him, his opponents and a mysterious detective known to the world only as L.

This live-action adaptation of the 25 million-copy-selling Manga series is a 4 disc special edition box set that comes with both feature films on Blu-ray, Death Note and Death Note: The Last Name, plus two discs of extras on DVD.

For your chance to win one of three copies of Death Note box set, simply answer the following question:

What is the name of the death god who dropped the supernatural notebook on Earth?

Please email your answer to: competition@indiemoviesonline.com with DEATH NOTE as the subject header and your contact details included. The competition is available to those 15 or over in the UK only and will close on September 30. Winners will be notified on that day and their details forwarded to the PR agency supplying the prizes.

Congrats to Steve, Jay and Annette!

I have to say, I am a tad envious - I really like that Repo-Man rucksack!

Well done again.
