Trailers and clips to end your week

The Runaways teaser trailer, another clip for Daybreakers showing off the moral vampire and a Shrek Forever After trailer. Check out these delicvious treats after the jump.

We started the week with the first image from coming-of-age biopic about The Runaways and we’re ending it with the first teaser trailer. Not much is given away but you can get a first look at Kristen Stewart’s Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning’s Cherie Currie rocking out on stage. There’s not a trace of the moping Bella Swan - Kristen Stewart promisingly is full of rock-girl attitude.

The Runaways is set to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival and will then hit cinemas in March 2010. 

Another clip for Daybreakers is online over at io9. All the previous clips have focused on bloodthirsty vampires and helpless humans; now we can see Ethan Hawke’s Edward arguing with his brother about blood ethics. Although Edward works at the human blood farm he won't drink the stuff, whereas his brother hunts them down and isn’t adverse to drinking it.

Daybreakers will be in cinemas January 6, 2010 in the UK and January 8, 2010 in the US.

A trailer for Shrek Forever After is here. If you thought Shrek and Fiona having children would put an end to the adventures in Far Far Away, you were wrong. And how best to have childfree adventures when there’s no ‘sitter about? An alternative reality, of course! Whew. Lucky get-out. If you’re a fan of the other movies I’m sure you’ll have indulgent laugh at the fat Puss in Boots.
