Horrible Bosses

What excitement awaits you today? Charles Xavier tries to talk mutation with US representatives in a clip from X-Men: First Class and Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis are the men who decide that murder is the only way to deal with their awful office superiors in a trailer for Horrible Bosses.

If you haven’t got it already from all the trailers and clips (“Before he was Professor X…”), X-Men: First Class is a prequel to the 2000 Bryan Singer film X-Men, and goes back to the beginning of the saga, when Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr were first discovering their powers and more importantly, were friends.

This clip shows Xavier having a chat with US government and military representatives, trying to explain the nature of mutants and their individual powers. Naturally his audience are sceptical to say the least and quickly being lobbing accusations when he tries to prove it. But luckily Mystique is on hand to show them what she can do.

X-Men: First Class stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Kevin Bacon, January Jones, Rose Byrne, Jennifer Lawrence, Zoe Kravitz and Lucas Till. The film hits UK cinemas on May 30 and US cinemas on June 3. The trailer comes via Yahoo.

Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day) are three men with the same problem: they all have horrible bosses. Nick’s boss (Kevin Spacey) tricks his employees into undermining their own careers, Kurt’s boss (Colin Farrell) is prejudiced and doesn’t like most of his work force, and Dale’s boss (Jennifer Aniston) is a dentist who sexually harasses her male employees.

Rather than filing a lawsuit or quitting their jobs, these men decide the best way to deal with the problem is to kill it, swapping murders to make sure they don’t look suspicious. And naturally, seeing as this is a comedy, things won’t go to plan.

Surprisingly, this trailer actually has some amusing moments. Hopefully a red band version will be along soon to back it up. Horrible Bosses will be in US cinemas July 8 and UK cinemas July 22. Te trailer comes courtesy of Apple.
