Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. The promoter is Soda Pictures.

2. Details regarding how to enter as published form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not being received and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be chosen on merit by Alexis Dos Santos, the Judge from all entries received by the closing date. Winners will be chosen on or around February 1, 2010, and notified by email or phone call. Decisions of the judges are final and binding.

4. All entries must be received by 23:59 GMT, January 31st 2010.

5. The winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone and their name may be published on either the film specific site or the site of the Promoter (Soda Pictures). The winner(s) will be notified within seven days of the close of the prize draw. The name and county of the winner(s) may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to Promotions, Soda Pictures, 17 Blossom Street, London E1 6PL. Prizes will not be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of contestants, illegal or otherwise.

6. The prizes as published are available on the date of publication. The prize is subject to availability and to any published restrictions. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

7. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. Note that by entering into this competition you agree to have your name released as the winner, should you be drawn as a winner of the prize.

8. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

9. Any expenses not specifically described as included in the prize are excluded. The prize includes accommodation and breakfast but does not include: transportation, personal expenses, food and drink, travel and health insurance, gratuities, and all applicable taxes nor any other expenses incurred upon receipt and use of the prize. All other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner is under the age of 18 they must be accompanied by an adult. Both the winner and chosen companion are responsible for arranging travel insurance.

10. Soda Pictures accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Soda Pictures further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition. Nothing shall exclude the liability of Soda Pictures for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Soda Pictures accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

12. By submitting content (including but not limited to images uploaded on entering this prize draw) you hereby grant (and also represent and warrant that you have the right to grant) to Soda Pictures an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferrable, fully paid, worldwide licence (with the right to sub-license) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such content for any purpose on or in connection with this website or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such content, and to grant and authorize sub-licences of the foregoing.

The image uploaded to UNMADE BEDS must not contain any recognisable people. The image must be owned by the uploader. The image must not contain any nudity or anything likely to cause offence.

Any image that does not conform to these guidelines will not be approved. You will be informed by email when your image is either approved or rejected. Only one approved image per email address.

Soda Pictures shall be entitled (but not obliged) to:

  • (i) show any approved image on the UNMADE BEDS website;
  • (ii) use any approved images in other publicity materials;
  • (iii) reproduce any approved images in a digital format, such as online promotional materials or on the film DVD.

13. Soda Pictures reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control.

14. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

16. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail. The Promoter is Soda Pictures, 17 Blossom Street E1 6PL.
